Request room away from the terrace for quieter nights as noise can be disruptive during evenings.

The location is ideal, just a few blocks from Zocolo, making it easy to explore the city. The Standard Room had a pleasant terrace with lovely views. I appreciated the free toiletries provided, adding to the convenience. The breakfast was simple yet enjoyable, a good start to the day. Unfortunately, the room could use some updates, as it felt a bit dated and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable. The shower lacked consistent warm water, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a little more attention to detail would go a long way.

Recommend it for groups looking for value
The shower was really powerful and hot, which was a great way to unwind after a long day. The staff were lovely, even helped carry our bags to our room with big smiles on their faces!
Not exactly budget-friendly but still somewhat reasonable considering the amenities.

The hotel has a charming vibe, and it’s only a short walk to the Zocolo, ideal for our family outings with the baby. We loved enjoying local cuisine while nearby shops allowed quick snack runs, making our stay very convenient.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of elevators was tough with our baby and luggage. A lower floor option would have greatly improved our experience.

Great value for a centrally located stay. just a few blocks from the city center and lots of shops nearby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, which added to our enjoyable experience.
The breakfast could be better. it's quite basic with just a cup of coffee and a small piece of bread.
